3 Steps to Manifest Blessings in Your Life and Others’

Be honest with yourself about your true wants and allow God/Spirit/Universe to handle the details of “how” they are delivered to you.

Believe it or not, we are already a fourth through the year! How are your new year's resolutions and manifestations going so far?


If you are like many of my clients and students, you may feel disheartened lately, wondering why your intentions haven't come to fruition yet. Many of them wonder: "When will I meet my soul mate? Is it really going to happen? Where's all the money I need to pay my bills? How do I let good things into my life? Am I doing something wrong?"


Do you find yourself in a simiilar boat? Before you give up, try three steps to help you manifest blessings in your life and the lives of others.


Remember, the universe wants you to be happy! The happier, healthier and more loved you feel, the more positive energy you add to the world, which is healing for us all! Allow yourself to receive good, in divine timing, and enjoy the process.


1.      ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT. The first step seems easy enough, but it involves getting really clear on what you want. Do you want a new relationship? If so, why? What are the deeper needs or wants? Do you want love, companionship, or physical touch? Be honest with yourself about your true wants and allow God/Spirit/Universe to handle the details of “how” they are delivered to you. Ask through prayer, affirmations, and positive thoughts. You might even add a phrase like “this or something better” or “whatever is for my highest good!”


Far too many of us focus on what we DON’T want (ex. the annoying ex-partner, the lack of money, etc, which is why we continue to get more of it!). Focus on your manifestation and affirm it with oomph and emotion as though it is already happening.



2.      BELIEVE IT'S POSSIBLE, PROBABLE & HAPPENING!  Are you asking for something but expecting not to receive it? Do you believe it’s “too good to be true”? You must believe with all your heart that what you want is possible and probable! At bare minimum, at least be open to the possibility of it happening. For example, “I’m open to the possibility of having an awesome partner” or “I’m open to the possibility of my income increasing!”


For this step, it is also helpful to explore your fundamental beliefs at both the conscious and subconscious levels. Do you believe you are unworthy and deserve to suffer? If so, what would you rather believe? Are you open to shifting your belief to feeling worthy and deserving of happiness, prosperity and love? The truth is, your beautiful soul deserves love, abundance, and whatever is for your highest good! To shift your beliefs at the conscious level, affirmations work great. 3.      OPEN YOUR HEART TO RECEIVE. Once you’ve asked and believed, all you must do now is open your arms to receive. Many of us are excellent givers. But are you equally as willing to receive? If you’re accustomed to doing more giving than receiving, receiving can be quite uncomfortable at first. The good news is you can live through the discomfort, and challenge yourself to receive more! Not only do you deserve it, but the more you receive, the more you have to give and share with others. Do you know the best way to be open and receptive? It is to keep your vibration high! Do the things that bring you joy, like singing, dancing, artwork, spending time in nature, or being playful like a child. Joy and fun keep us in our natural state of love, which is the best place to manifest from.
